1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 10, 2019 No. 497 "About measures for implementation of Presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 17, 2019 No. 17 and of July 1, 2019 No. 46 "About measures for further enhancement of system of public administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes and amendments:

in Regulations on the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

19) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"19) determination of procedure on introduction of measures of non-tariff regulation concerning separate goods;";

add with subitem 19-1) of the following content:

"19-1) approval of measures of non-tariff regulation concerning the separate goods entered by the central state bodies within competence;";

35) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"35) forming and realization of the state trade policy;";

add with subitems 35-1), 35-2), 35-3), 35-4), 35-5), 35-6), 35-7) and 35-8) of the following content:

"35-1) approval of the minimum wholesale prices for the socially important food products made, imported and (or) realized in the Republic of Kazakhstan according to procedure for establishment of the minimum wholesale price for the socially important food products made, imported and (or) realized in the Republic of Kazakhstan;

35-2) development of the list of socially important food products;

35-3) carrying out monitoring of the prices of socially important food products;
