5) regarding 1 Article 83:

a) add with Item 1-1 of the following content:

"1-1) open votings with use of electronic system;";

b) add with Item 3-1 of the following content:

"3-1) secret vote with use of electronic system;";

6) in Article 84:

a) add part 1 with the paragraph the second the following content:

"The chairman discloses the number of the registered deputies and puts the bill to the vote.";
