In recent years in the country the large-scale reforms directed to enhancement of system of execution of court resolutions and acts of other bodies are undertaken. In particular, the simplified procedure for voluntary payment of the applied penalties for administrative offenses is entered.

At the same time the reforms undertaken in our country require creation of additional conveniences to the population in case of payment of administrative penalties, and also applications of the simplified procedure for execution of decisions on imposing of penalties concerning the administrative penalties applied based on judgments.

This Law to the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the administrative responsibility makes the change providing implementation of procedure on voluntary payment of 50 percent of penalty within fifteen days or 70 percent of penalty within thirty days by person who made administrative offense. This procedure also extends to the penalties applied based on judgments.

This Law will serve decrease in loading of penalties in case of payment of administrative penalties and to further simplification of system of voluntary payment of administrative penalties, and also ensuring timely execution of court resolutions and acts of other bodies.
