1. In the Regulations on the mechanism of inclusion of medical products for compensation from funds of compulsory medical insurance approved by the Order of the Government No. 104/2022 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, Art. No. 61-67, 151), to make the following changes:

Item 7 to state 1) in the following edition:

"7. The chairman of the board is the Minister of Health. In the absence of the chairman of its function the vice-chairman of Council which the CEO of National medical insurance company is performs.";
