Transfer in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan from republican property in utility property of akimat of area of Zhet_su the state block of shares of joint-stock company "Managing company of special economic zone "The international center of frontier cooperation "Horgos" in the amount of 100 (hundred) percent.

2. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with akimat of area of Zhet_su in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.

3. Approve the enclosed changes and addition which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
