Article 8 of the Federal Law of June 23, 1995 No. 93-FZ "About procedure for provision of military and civil personnel by the Russian Federation for participation in activities for maintenance or recovery of international peace and safety" (The Russian Federation Code, 1995, 26, the Art. 2401) to state to No. in the following edition:
"Article 8.
The military personnel directed according to articles 6 and 7 of this Federal Law for participation in peacekeeping activities are completed on voluntary basis with the military personnel who had preliminary special training.".

"c) measures for protection of the Russian Federation and its citizens in case of adoption by foreign and (or) international (interstate) bodies (organizations) of decisions or implementation of the actions contradicting interests of the Russian Federation and (or) bases of public law and order of the Russian Federation by them;".
