The state management committee state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan and Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine, hereinafter referred to as with the Parties,
aiming at establishment of mutually beneficial relations between business entities of the states of the Parties,
being effective within the competence and being guided by regulations of the national legal system of the Republic of Tajikistan and Ukraine,
intending to promote creation of the conditions favoring to mutual participation of business entities of two states in privatization programs
agreed as follows:
The parties promote distribution of information, including specialized editions concerning privatization of the state companies and organizations for the purpose of informing business entities of two states on the corresponding regulatory legal acts and characteristics of the privatized objects in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan and Ukraine.
The parties inform each other on the national editions reflecting questions of privatization and also on conditions and procedure for the publication of information in them.
The parties communicate, regulatory legal acts concerning privatization of property of the state companies and organizations directly on working meetings, seminars, consultations and other joint actions, and also at the request of the Parties.
Disputes on interpretation and application of provisions of this agreement of the Party solve by consultations and negotiations.
By mutual consent of the Parties changes and additions which are drawn up by separate protocols can be made to this agreement and constitute integral part of this agreement.
