1. The list of types of goods concerning which special customs procedure can be established, and conditions of their room under such customs procedure, No. approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 329, to add with Item 10 (3) the following content:

"10(3). The goods specified in Item 10 of this List held for use under the organization and carrying out in the Republic of Belarus in 2023 of the II Games of the CIS countries, are located under special customs procedure according to Item 10 of this List taking into account the following features.

Despite provisions of the paragraph of the seventh of part three of Item 10 of this List, the room under special customs procedure of the medicines included in Section 2.12 (drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors) of the single inventory necessary for delivery of health care to athletes and members of delegations is allowed (further in this Item - medicines). The list of international non-proprietary names (names) of medicines is determined according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
