About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine
According to Articles 15, of 17, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", the Law of Ukraine of January 12, 2023 No. 2888-IX "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and other legal acts of Ukraine of rather payment services", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine in compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine the board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. In paragraphs the second, third and fourth Item 43 of the Section VII of the Regulations on the organization and conducting inspection checks approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 17, 2001 No. 276, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 15, 2001 at No. 703/5894 (in edition of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 28, 2017 No. 145) (with changes), words of "supervision (oversight) of payment systems" shall be replaced with words "oversight of payment infrastructure".
2. In paragraph one of Item 2.1 of Chapter 2 of the Section III of the Instruction on procedure for regulation of activities of banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 28, 2001 No. 368, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on September 26, 2001 at No. 841/6032 (with changes) shall be replaced with words words of "supervision (oversight) of payment systems" "oversight of payment infrastructure".
