About modification of the Instruction about procedure for regulation of activities of banks in Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 30, of 66, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of regulating and supervising functions of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine by the National Bank of Ukraine decide:

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for regulation of activities of banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 28, 2001 No. 368, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on September 26, 2001 at No. 841/6032 (with changes), the following changes:

1) in the Section VIII:

in Item 2.2 of Chapter 2 of the word "as of each working day" shall be replaced with words, figures and the letters "every day for which according to the regulatory legal act of National Bank regulating rules of the organization of the statistical reporting submitted by banks to National Bank the file with indicators of the statistical reporting 01x shall move" data on account balances" (further - the file 01x),";
