About modification of the Regulations on procedure for identification and recognition of banking groups

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 9, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of creation of premises for implementation of paperless technologies in the financial sector and full transition to electronic document management in the National Bank of Ukraine the board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Item 12 of the Section I of the Regulations on procedure for identification and the recognition of banking groups approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of April 09, 2012 No. 134, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 28, 2012 at No. 708/21021 (with changes) to replace with three new Items 12-14 of the following content:

"12. The documents, information provided in this provision move in National Bank one of the following methods:

1) on papers with simultaneous submission of electronic copies of these documents without imposing of the qualified digital signature (further - the CAP). Electronic copies of documents are provided on digital carriers or go funds of e-mail for official electronic mailbox of nbu@bank.gov.ua National Bank, or other means of electronic communication which are used by National Bank for electronic document management;

2) in the form of the electronic documents signed by imposing the CAP or electronic copies of the documents certified the CAP, funds of e-mail for official electronic mailbox of nbu@bank.gov.ua National Bank or other means of electronic communication which are used by National Bank for electronic document management.

Tables in the forms given in appendices to this provision move electronically in the xlsx format.

13. Electronic copies of documents shall be created in the form of the files containing the images of documents scanned from papers.
