In recent years as a result of the large-scale reforms directed to support of business activity new mechanisms of reliable protection of private property, small business and private entrepreneurship are implemented. Measures of responsibility for illegal intervention and hindrance of business activity and violation of the rights of private owners are also strengthened.
However cases of illegal transfer or money withdrawal from bank accounts of subjects of entrepreneurship or untimely return of excessively collected money take place today, and measures of responsibility for such cases are accurately not determined.
This Law for the purpose of establishment of measures of responsibility for illegal transfer or money withdrawal from bank accounts of subjects of entrepreneurship without their consent or untimely return of excessively collected means makes the corresponding additions and changes to the Criminal code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan about the administrative responsibility.
This Law will serve strengthening of legal measures of protection of legitimate interests of subjects of entrepreneurship and increase in efficiency of legal protection of immunity of their property rights.
