in Rules of implementation of interbank payments and (or) money transfers on transactions with use of the payment cards in the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

"8) interbank system of payment cards - the payment system intended for carrying out interbank payments and (or) money transfers on the transactions made in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan with use of the payment cards issued by banks, way of processing, routing of messages and clearing by the operational center for the purpose of implementation of calculations between banks;";

"10. The channel of interbank system of payment cards is used for carrying out interbank payments on the transactions made in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan with use of the payment cards issued by banks based on the agreement signed between the operational center and the participant.
