About introduction of amendments to the Order of the Chairman of Committee of technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 29, 2021 No. 151-HK "About application in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of national standards of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation provided in the Single list of products which are subject to obligatory assessment (confirmation) of compliance within the Customs union with issue of single documents"

For the purpose of implementation of the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of August 19, 2022 "About modification of the Single list of products which are subject to obligatory confirmation of conformity with issue of certificates of conformity and declarations of conformity in single form" I ORDER to No. 119:

1. Bring in the Order of the Chairman of Committee of technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 29, 2021 No. 151-HK "About application in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of national standards of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation provided in the Single list of products which are subject to obligatory assessment (confirmation) of compliance within the Customs union with issue of single documents" the following changes:

to be reworded as follows the name of the Order:

"About application in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of national standards of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation provided in the Single list of products which are subject to obligatory confirmation of conformity with issue of certificates of conformity and declarations of conformity in single form";

in Item 1 of the word "in the Single list of products which are subject to obligatory assessment (confirmation) of compliance within the Customs union with issue of single documents" shall be replaced with words:
