About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine
According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 45 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", the Law of Ukraine of September 20, 2022 No. 2597-IX "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning enhancement of the legal basis of implementation of auditor activities in Ukraine", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine the board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in Regulations on the organization of the internal audit in banks of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 10, 2016 No. 311 (with changes), the following changes:
1) in the subitem 2 of Item 16 of the Section III of the word of "counteraction to washing to means/financing of terrorism, risk management system of washing of means" shall be replaced with words "prevention and counteractions of legalization of the criminal income / to financing of terrorism, risk management system of legalization of the criminal income";
