About introduction of amendments to the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic

Bring in the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of November 16, 2021 No. 122-133) the following changes:
in Article 221:
a) state part 1 in the following edition:
"1. Creation of financial pyramid, that is creation of system of profit earning at the expense of borrowed funds, assets and property of citizens by redistribution of these means on structure of financial pyramid, and equally in the organization or management of financial pyramid if it is integrated to damnification in large size, -
are punished by imprisonment for a period of three up to five years.";
b) add Article with part of 1-1 following content:
"1-1. The advertizing of financial pyramid publicly with use of mass media and Internet resources integrated to damnification in large size -
it is punished by penalty from 1500 to 2000 settlement indicators.".
This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
