being guided by the Treaty of friendship and cooperation between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Armenia of April 2, 2002,

relying on friendship between two states,

recognizing priority of universal values in the relations and educational policy,

wishing to strengthen and strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of education,

agreed about the following:

Article 1

The parties according to rules of international law and the domestic legislation existing in the territory of each of the states will support and develop cooperation between the educational organizations and organizations of the Parties on the basis of the principles of equality and mutual respect.

Each of the Parties will promote in every possible way creation of single educational space within the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States, development of the single principles of educational policy which are based on priority of universal values, national and cultural basis and secular nature.

Article 2

Each of the Parties guarantees to citizens of the states of other Party possibility of their training according to the procedure and on the conditions determined by governing bodies of formation of the state of the host party.

The parties will concentrate the efforts on the comprehensive organization of experience exchange for the most important directions of education, graduate students and trainees on the specialties which are priority for each of the Parties.

Article 3

The parties will perform measures for preparation and advanced training of research and educational personnel, carrying out joint scientific research in the field of humanitarian, technical sciences, and also in the field of management and financing of education.
