ORDER OF THE MINISTER OF ENERGY OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 28, 2018 No. 214 "About approval of the Regulations on the central commission on investigation and development of fields of hydrocarbons of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 17042) the following change:

in the Regulations on the central commission on investigation and development of fields of hydrocarbons of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order:

exclude Items 14 and 22.

2. Bring in the order of the acting minister of power industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 8, 2019 No. 275 "About approval of the Regulations on the central commission on development of fields of uranium of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 19232) the following change:

in the Regulations on the central commission on development of fields of uranium of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order:

the fourth the subitem 2) of Item 9 to be reworded as follows the paragraph:

"or projects of changes and (or) amendments to the approved projects in the case provided in Item 7 of article 182 of the Code if annually the production amounts determined by the approved projects change for twenty and more percent in physical expression from the approved indicators in year with changes of mining-and-geological and technological conditions of working off of the field of uranium;".

3. In spheres of hydrocarbons and subsurface use of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide to department of the state control:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
