Procedure for conducting examination, destruction or further conversion of food products, goods and products not suitable for consumption

1. General provisions

1.1. All products which are turned out, imported and acquired by legal entities and physical persons in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan shall conform to mandatory requirements of regulating documents on safety and quality.

1.2. Any products arriving in realization and storage are subject to the state control on confirmation of its quality and in case of detection of low-quality products state bodies impose ban on realization. Products are warehoused separately and the room is sealed.

1.3. All products both imported, and made in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan not meeting the requirements of regulating documents for safety are divided into two types:

- products which cannot be used for designated purpose, but it is possible to bring by conversion it to required standard rates;

- products which are liable to destruction as dangerous and absolutely unsuitable to the use (application).
