3. The International Telephone Exchange (ITE) shall be tied at least to two Nodal networks of the international network and connected on independent transport ways.

4. The network of international telecommunication shall provide technical capability of establishment of the proceeding and entering international and long-distance connections with all subscriber devices.

5. Management of the international and long distance communication of network shall be performed from control center of the operator located in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan.
