1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of November 4, 2016 No. 96 "About requirements to rules of internal control" the following changes:

to add preamble after the words "On the Basis" with words "the paragraph of third of part six of Article 5,";

in the Instruction about requirements to rules of internal control approved by this resolution:

state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2.
