I ORDER:

1. 10) secondary energy resources – the energy resources which are formed as by-product in the course of industrial production regarding use of the ferroalloy, coke and blast-furnace gases used for production of electrical energy;";

be reworded as follows item 4:

"4. The power making organizations using renewable energy resources, energy waste recycling annually by October fifteenth send to settlement financial center information on forecast amounts of leave to networks of electrical energy for the predicted year with breakdown on months, in form according to appendix to Rules.";
