About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 5, 2011 No. 1490 and of March 12, 2019 No. 156
For the purpose of further enhancement of procedure for designing and construction of apartment houses the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 5, 2011 No. 1490 "About procedure and conditions of the conclusion of the agreement of construction of the residential (non-residential) room as a part of the organization of builders":
state preamble in the following edition:
"Based on the paragraph of the fourth Item 2 of article 178 of the Housing code of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:";
add the resolution with Item 1-1 of the following content:
"1-1. Inclusion in the agreement of construction of the residential (non-residential) room as a part of the organization of builders providing premises construction the organization member of builders having the right to the state support for construction (reconstruction) or acquisition of premises, conditions about parking place construction as a part of garage parking is not allowed.";
1.2. Item 9 of the Regulations on procedure for the conclusion, execution and agreement cancelation of creation of objects of shared-equity construction, conditions of attraction of money when implementing the shared-equity construction approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 12, 2019 No. 156, to add with part of the following content:
"Inclusion in the agreement providing premises construction the shareholder having the right to the state support and also in the agreement providing premises construction with attraction of budgetary funds, conditions about parking place construction as a part of garage parking is not allowed.".
