Based on the paragraph of the fifth of part eleven of article 46 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 18, 1993 No. 2435-XII "About health care", paragraphs of the fourth or tenth, twelfth and thirteenth of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 30, 2010 "About donorship of blood and its components" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 197-Z
1. Determine that:
1.1. to the donor who took blood test, its components and also the donor for passing of medical examination by him and (or) application concerning its auxiliary medical technologies for his desire at the expense of means of the organizations, the separate divisions specified in part three of article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About donorship of blood and its components" refunds the expenses connected with accomplishment of donor function in the following sizes:
3 basic sizes for one donation of blood, its components, except as specified, provided in paragraphs the third or fifth, fifteenth and sixteenth this part;
3 basic sizes for the total amount of blood making one unit (dose) of blood - to the donors taking blood test small (to 15 ml) doses;
0,3 of basic size for incomplete * donation, except as specified, provided in part three of this subitem;
0,1 of basic size for cancelled ** donation, except as specified, provided in part three of this subitem;
4,5 of basic size for one unit (dose) of blood - to the donors who took blood test isoimmune, containing isoimmune antibodies in the following concentration (credits): anti-Rh(D) - not below 1:32 or anti-rh (C), anti-rh (c), anti-rh(E), anti-rh (e), Anti-Kell - not lower than 1:8;
