ORDER OF THE MINISTER OF ENERGY OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I ORDER:

1. Bring the following changes in some orders of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 18, 2014 No. 211 "About approval of Instructions for use heat energy" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 10234):

in the Instructions for use heat energy approved by the specified order:

the paragraph one of Item 60 to be reworded as follows:

"60. If quality degradation of heat energy or break of its giving by the power transferring (power making) organization in the magazine is noted, person responsible for operation of the heatconsuming installation of the consumer (on objects of condominium, consolidation of owners of property (further - AXES) and (or) particular partnerships (further – FRIDAY), informs on it the organization power transferring (power making) and power supplying with the written application or the telephone message with indication of time, date of its transfer and surname of person which gave her and also time of the beginning of quality degradation (absence) thermal energies, nature of deterioration and need of presence of the representative who is power supplying and power transferring (power making) organization.".

Authorized persons of the consumer (governing body of object of condominium, the AXIS, FRIDAY) contain in proper technical condition and ensure safety of all-house (intra house) system of heating and hot water supply, ensure safety (all-house) devices of commercial accounting and other heatconsuming installations constituting all-house property.

Leave of heat energy to consumers for the purposes of heating and hot water supply is performed by the power supplying organization according to the public contract for heat supply.

The legal entities exercising control of object of condominium make servicing of the heatconsuming installations independently or under the contract with the specialized organization.
