O introduction of amendments to the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan about the administrative responsibility

Within the large-scale reforms realized in the country special attention is paid to creation of conditions for peaceful and quiet life of the population by ensuring public order.

Such tasks as implementation of prevention of offenses, protection of the state objects, property of physical persons and legal entities, protection of public order, patrol of public places are assigned to bodies of National guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

At the same time for full execution of these tasks and timely taking measures concerning the revealed offenses during service there is need of provision of National guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan of some powers on creation of protocols on administrative offenses and hearing of cases about administrative offenses.

By this Law it is provided additional powers to the staff of bodies of National guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan on hearing of cases, creation and the direction for consideration in court of protocols on such administrative offenses as disorderly conduct, carrying cold weapon or objects which can be used as cold weapon, involvement of the minor in making of administrative offense, in antisocial behavior, the use of alcoholic products in public places.

This Law will serve further effective ensuring public order in the country, and also reliable protection of the rights, freedoms and the interests of physical persons and legal entities protected by the law.
