About questions of provision of draft deferment on active duty to some categories of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Grant draft deferment on active duty to students and graduate students of day (internal) forms of education of the higher educational institutions having the license or the state accreditation (certification).

2. Grant draft deferment on active duty to the teachers of rural comprehensive schools having the higher education.

3. Grant draft deferment on active duty by the pupil of educational institutions of system of primary professional education for study, but 21 years are not more senior.
