About modification of the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Rules for the Construction and Safe Operation of elevators" of November 8, 2017 No. 730
For the purpose of reduction of requirements of Rules for the Construction and Safe Operation of elevators in compliance to requirements of the Technical regulation of the Customs union "Safety of elevators" (TR CU 011/2011), according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Rules for the Construction and Safe Operation of elevators" of November 8, 2017 No. 730 the following changes:
in Rules for the Construction and Safe Operation of the elevators approved by the above-stated resolution:
- "qualified specialists" to add Item 332 after words with words ", undergone certification in certifying commissions of authorized monitoring body";
- state Item 333 in the following edition:
"333. Activities for technical diagnosing and inspection of elevators, and also systems of dispatching control are performed according to requirements of the Technical regulation of the Customs union "Safety of elevators" (TR CU 011/2011).";
- to state paragraph two of Item 335 in the following edition:
"Complete engineering certification is carried out according to requirements of the Technical regulation of the Customs union "Safety of elevators" (TR CU 011/2011).";
- the paragraph one of Item 387 to state in the following edition:
"387. Need of the equipment of elevators dispatching control is determined by the operating organization.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
