2. Recommend to open joint stock company "The international airport "Manas":

1) to provide to the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic the list of the works necessary for realization of Item 1 of this resolution in a month;

2) to provide development and approval of the corresponding design estimates for accomplishment of the works specified in the list;

3) to sign in accordance with the established procedure agreements with the state companies "The design and survey institute "Kyrgyzdortransproyekt" and Kyrgyzavtozhol under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic on accomplishment of the corresponding works.
