ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 6, 2020 No. 837

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 6, 2020 No. 837 "About implementation by the State corporation on space activities Roskosmos on behalf of the Russian Federation of the rights of the owner of property concerning the state unitary enterprises, functions of the founder and the rights of the owner of property concerning federal state institutions, and also the rights of the owner concerning other property" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 24, the Art. 3801).

2. Realization of the powers provided by this resolution is performed within the budgetary appropriations provided the State corporation on space activities Roskosmos for the corresponding financial year.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 6, 2020 No. 837

1. To add Item 1 after the paragraph of third with the paragraph of the following content:

"Regulations on implementation by the State corporation on space activities Roskosmos on behalf of the Russian Federation of the rights of the owner concerning property of treasury of the Russian Federation in the established field of activity;".

2. Declare Item 2 invalid.

3. Add with Regulations on implementation by the State corporation on space activities Roskosmos on behalf of the Russian Federation of the rights of the owner concerning property of treasury of the Russian Federation in the established field of activity of the following content:

"It is approved by the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 6, 2020 No. 837
