Add the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of February 02, 2023 with No. 108 "About approval of Changes in some regulatory legal acts of state commission on securities and the stock market and the National commission on securities and the stock market", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 16, 2023 at No. 294/39350, after Item 1 Items 2, 3 following of content:

"2. In the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of November 20, 2012 No. 1634 "About determination of the bases of issue of the order by the National commission on securities and the stock market to the keeper of the Pension fund", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 21, 2013 at No. 151/22683:

2) in Item 1:
