The shares acquired by the state as a result of formation of society are not subject to privatization.
2. Founder of society is the state on behalf of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (further - the founder).
3. The procedure of formation of partnership provides:
adoption by the founder of the decision on transformation VEK "Energoatom" to joint-stock company and formation of the commission on transformation;
development by the commission on transformation of the draft of the plan of transformation and its representation on approval to the founder;
