About measures for acceleration of complex educational development by means of improvement of quality of scientific and methodical and research work

For the purpose of implementation in educational process of innovative pedagogical technologies, development and implementation of the new curricula, programs and educational and methodical literature meeting the modern requirements and requests of society, and also forming of comprehensively developed personality capable to realize creative potential both in own vital interests, and for the benefit of society and the state:

1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of preschool and school education and the Ministry of the higher education, science and innovations on creation of the Republican scientific and methodical center of development of education (further - the Republican center).

Determine that the Republican center is created due to reducing:

34 established posts of the Republican center of education and 18 established posts of the abolished National center for the international researches of quality evaluation of education under the Ministry of preschool and school education;

10 established posts of the Center of researches of development of the higher education and application of advanced technologies of the Ministry of the higher education, science and innovations.

2. Determine the main objectives of the Republican center:

implementation in educational process of innovative pedagogical technologies, effective forms and training methods, modern systems of assessment and monitoring of quality of education;

development and approval of requirements to educational standards, curricula and programs for the organizations of preschool, general secondary and out-of-school education, and also short-term training courses, including private (further - training courses);

enhancement of technique of training in the educational organizations, the organization of the edition, approbation and examination of new textbooks and educational and methodical complexes on the basis of modern requirements and the best foreign practices;
