In the territory of the area, the city of republican value, the capital threshold value of retail prices on socially important food products according to the list approved by the order of the Government according to the subitem 6) of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state regulation of development of agro-industrial complex and the rural territories" is established.";
