About modification and amendments in Regulations of the Majilis of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Bring in the Regulations of the Majilis of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the Resolution of the Majilis of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 8, 1996, the following change and amendment:

in Item 157:

the offer second of part one to state in the following edition:

"The minimum number of fraction of political party shall correspond to the minimum number of the distributed deputy mandates for the political parties which broke the barrier established by the Constitutional law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan.";

add with part three of the following content:

"The deputy elected on the single-candidate territorial constituency can consist:

in fraction of the political party which pushed it - in case of promotion at elections by political party;

in fraction of political party which member he is, - in case of self-promotion.".

2. This Resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance.
