Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 29, 2022 No. 777 "About establishment of case in case of which goods can arrive to the Russian Federation and decrease from the Russian Federation in the places which are not places of movement of goods according to the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 19, the Art. 3199):

a) to add Item 1 after the paragraph of third with the paragraph of the following content:

"application when moving goods from the check point Yarag-Kazmalyar to the specified place which is not the place of movement of goods according to the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union, the means of identification (seals) functioning on the basis of technology of the GLONASS global navigation satellite system, conforming to requirements to means of identification (seals) which are functioning on the basis of technology of the GLONASS global navigation satellite system, subject to application when implementing transit international motor transportations and transit international rail haulings through the territory of the Russian Federation to the third countries of separate types of agricultural products, raw materials and food which country of source is the state which made the decision on imposition of economic sanctions on the Russian legal and (or) physical persons or joined such decision and separate types of goods country of source or the country of departure of which is Ukraine or which move through the territory of Ukraine, the approved order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2019 No. 1877 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of June 24, 2019 No. 290 "About modification of some presidential decrees of the Russian Federation" (further - electronic navigation seals);";

b) add with Items 2 (1) and 2(2) following contents:

"2(1). To the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation and the Federal Customs Service to organize application of electronic navigation seals when moving the goods specified in Item 1 of this resolution, in the places specified in Item 1 of this resolution and also to develop and approve procedure for application of electronic navigation seals when moving the goods specified in Item 1 of this resolution, in the places specified in Item 1 of this resolution.

2(2). Determine that application of electronic navigation seals when moving the goods specified in Item 1 of this resolution in the places specified in Item 1 of this resolution is performed by the organization determined in the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.".

2. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 2, 2022 No. 1552 "About establishment of case in case of which goods can arrive to the Russian Federation and decrease from the Russian Federation in the places which are not places of movement of goods according to the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 37, Art. 6347; No. 43, Art. 7398):

a) the paragraph the fourth Item 1 (to add 1) with words "(further - electronic navigation seals)";

b) in Item 2 (1):
