About approval of Conditions and rules of forced treatment in specialized medical institution

For the purpose of ensuring execution of Item 1.19 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and their precursors" of August 9, 2005 the No. 280 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Approve "Conditions and rules of forced treatment in specialized medical institution" (are attached).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
