About modification of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of July 5, 2022 No. 430 "About repatriation by residents - participants of foreign economic activity of foreign currency and currency of the Russian Federation"

The Russian legal entities having the obligations connected with eurobonds shall provide obligation fulfillment before holders of eurobonds which rights are considered by the Russian depositaries, way of placement till January 1, 2024 of bonds which payment in case of their placement is performed by eurobonds or money with target use of borrowed funds for acquisition of eurobonds.";

c) add with item 4 (1) the following content:

"4(1). The Russian legal entities who placed bonds, the stipulated in Item 4 presents of the Decree having the right to perform additional releases of such bonds unrestricted number of times. The amount of bond issue shall be analogous to amount of release of eurobonds on which obligations are not fulfilled.";

d) add with item 4 (2) the following content:

"4(2). The issues of eurobonds of payment provided by conditions (interest income on eurobonds, their nominal value), including in cases of early obligation fulfillment on eurobonds, holders of eurobonds which rights are considered by the Russian depositaries before execution according to item 4 of this Decree of obligations to such holders of eurobonds are performed by the Russian legal entities having the obligations connected with eurobonds, way of transfer of money according to the procedure, determined by the Board of directors of the Central bank of the Russian Federation.";
