About measures for implementation of subitem 7.1.57 of Item 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union" concerning raw sugar reed

For the purpose of implementation of subitem 7.1.57 of Item 7 of the decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union" concerning raw sugar reed and according to part 3 of article 55 of the Federal law "About Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Determine that the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation is the authorized body of the Russian Federation performing confirmation of the purpose of raw sugar imported on the territory of the Russian Federation reed subline items of 1701 13 and 1701 14 CN FEA EEU intended for industrial conversion.

2. To the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation in 10-day time from the date of entry into force of this resolution to develop and approve procedure for confirmation of purpose of raw sugar imported on the territory of the Russian Federation reed subline items of 1701 13 and 1701 14 CN FEA EEU, intended for industrial conversion.

3. Determine that ensuring discharge of duty on payment of customs duties is not provided in case of conditional release of raw sugar reed subline items of 1701 13 and 1701 14 CN FEA EEU, the release intended for industrial conversion and placed under customs procedure for internal consumption using privileges on payment of import customs duties, the taxes integrated to restrictions on use and (or) the order with these goods on condition of submission to customs authority of the confirmation issued by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation according to the procedure, the stipulated in Item 2 presents of the resolution.
