ORDER OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURAL POLICY AND FOOD OF UKRAINE

of February 9, 2023 No. 149

About modification of procedure for administration of the State land cadastre

(as amended of the Order of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of 28.02.2023 No. 278)

According to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 17, 2021 No. 124, I order:

1. Make changes to Item 2.4 of the Section II, Item 3.10 of the Section III, Item 4.4 of the Section IV of procedure for administration of the State land cadastre approved by the order of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine of the December 27, 2012 No. 836, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 22, 2013 at No. 153/22685, having excluded the words "and Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine".

2. To provide to department of regulation of land relations submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister according to distribution of obligations.
