About approval of the Regulations on content and delivery to members of family farm of the reference confirming their status, labor activity and years of service

(as amended of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of 25.02.2021 No. 43)

For the purpose of ensuring execution of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About family peasant economy" of November 22, 2005 the No. 319 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Approve "Regulations on content and delivery to members of family farm of the reference confirming their status, labor activity and years of service" (are applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.

Regulations on content and delivery to members of family farm of the reference confirming their status, labor activity and years of service

1. General provisions

1.1. The certificate handed through the information system "Electronic Agricultural Industry" (further - ISESH) municipalities to the member of family peasant economy (further - SKH) is the document certifying its status, labor activity and working life.

1.2. The certificate is handed to the member of family peasant economy within 5 days after accounting of SKH in municipality on the corresponding territories.

1.3. The head of family peasant economy for receipt of certificates of members of SKH shall submit the documents proving their identity in municipalities on the corresponding territories.
