About approval of the state anti-corruption program for 2023-2025

According to part five of article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the state anti-corruption program for 2023-2025 (further - the enclosed program).
2. Draw the attention of ministers and heads (persons which are carrying out their obligations) of others central and local executive bodies, the state companies, organizations and the organizations, local government bodies, other subjects determined by actionees of the actions provided by the program that according to part three of article 18-2 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption" they bear the personal responsibility for ensuring accomplishment of the actions provided by the program.
3. To the ministries, another central and to local executive bodies, state companies, organizations and organizations:
1) to provide accomplishment of the program in the expense limits provided in state and local budgets for the corresponding year and also at the expense of other sources which are not prohibited by the law;
Annually to give 2) to National agency on prevention of corruption:
till February 15 and on July 15 information on condition of accomplishment of the actions provided by the program;
till February 15 the statistical information determined by part two of article 18-3 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption";
3) to provide adjustment of terms of preparation of drafts of the laws provided by appendix 2 to the program taking into account the terms determined by plans of bill work of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for 2024 and 2025 by submitting for examination of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of the corresponding drafts of the acts approved with the National agency concerning prevention of corruption.
