According to Articles 15, 55-56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 9, 70 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", article 27 of the Law of Ukraine "About financial services and state regulation of the markets of financial services", article 36 of the Law of Ukraine "About financial records audit and auditor activities", for the purpose of establishment of the notification procedure by subjects of auditor activities of the National Bank of Ukraine about established facts of violation of the law, essential threat or doubts concerning possibility of the company to continue activities on continuous basis, availability of the modified opinion and information which is available concerning these facts the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for informing auditor activities of the National Bank of Ukraine by the subject about established facts of violation of the law, essential threat, availability of the modified opinion which is applied.

2. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
