About delegation of separate rule-making powers of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic to state bodies and executive bodies of local self-government

For the purpose of enhancement of management system of the executive authority according to article 8 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Delegate separate rule-making powers of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic to state bodies and executive bodies of local self-government according to appendix 1.
2. Approve Regulations on procedure for realization of the delegated rule-making powers of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2.
3. Determine that:
1) delegation of the rule-making powers of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic specified in appendix of 1 this resolution has termless character and is effective before adoption of the relevant decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic;
2) the regulatory legal acts adopted (published) by state bodies and executive bodies of local self-government on the basis of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About delegation of separate rule-making powers of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to state bodies and executive bodies of local self-government" of September 15, 2014 No. 530, are applied before adoption of relevant decisions of state bodies and local government bodies or decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. To state bodies and local government bodies in case of realization of the delegated rule-making powers of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic:
