About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of activities of the republican unitary enterprise "Belarusian Nuclear Power Plant" I decide:
1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2013 No. 583 "About reorganization of public institution "Directorate of construction of nuclear power plant" the following changes:
paragraphs of the second or seventh of Item 1 - for office use;
in Item 3:
in paragraph one of figure "2041" to replace with figures "2042";
in paragraph five of the word "in the budget of part of profit (income) *" shall be replaced with words "part of profit (income) in the budget and the state trust budget fund of national development *".
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
