For the purpose of ensuring execution of Item 1.3 of the Order of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of March 3, 2006 No. 75-IIIGD "About entering of amendments and changes into some legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic" of April 10, 2006 No. 1410, taking into account the offers of the Ministry of Finance of the Azerbaijan Republic approved with the Ministry of Justice of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

And to the family cadets of educational institutions of special purpose of the preparing military personnel who are not taking the residence compensation in the following procedure is monthly paid to the military personnel for employment of temporary premises on separate Items of accommodation (except for the military personnel of the valid compulsory military service):

* in the city of Baku - in 43-fold size of the amount of conventional financial unit;

* in other cities and the district centers - in 30-fold size of the amount of conventional financial unit;

* in other residential Items - in 25-fold size of the amount of conventional financial unit.

Surcharge in the amount of 50% of the amount of the corresponding compensation is paid for each family member living together with the military personnel.
