4. For the purpose of the ensuring acquisition of the equipment, computer facilities and other technical means necessary for preparation of the population for census on the basis of the calculations provided State committee according to the statistics of the Azerbaijan Republic, its carrying out, processing of materials, the analysis and the publication of distribution of results, repair of the buildings and rooms intended for processing and storage of materials of census, compensation of workers which will be attracted also the solution of other organizational matters to provide means in the corresponding amount in the government budget 2007 - 2011 with annual updating.
5. For the purpose of ensuring preparation of the population for census, its carrying out, processing of materials and their publication and distribution to the State committee according to the statistics of the Azerbaijan Republic to permit to involve annually temporary employees according to the staff list approved in 2007 - 2011.
