Summer and winter pastures through information system of body (organization) determined by relevant organ of the executive authority (further - information system) according to the procedure, the stipulated in Clause 10-1 Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About lease of land" according to the decision of body (organization) determined by relevant organ of the executive authority are provided in use to legal entities, owners of small-scale horned livestock enterprises in the state-owned and municipal property, and to physical persons and legal entities, owners by others of livestock farms - only in lease.
