1. Add with Articles 1.0.8-1, 48.1-1 - 48.1-6 following contents:

"1.0.8-1. the applicant - the legal entity, branch, representation of the foreign legal entity, the individual entrepreneur irrespective of its form of business which addressed to the body (organization) determined by relevant organ of the executive authority for receipt of the permission provided in article 48.1 of this Law;"

"48.1-1. In case of approach of one or several of the following cases large-size and heavyweight vehicles shall be followed by the vehicle of body (organization) determined by relevant organ of the executive authority:

48.1-1.1. maintenance car:

48.1-1.1.1. if width of the vehicle exceeds meter 2,55;

48.1-1.1.2. if height of the vehicle exceeds 4 meters;

48.1-1.1.3. if length of the vehicle exceeds 24 meters;

48.1-1.1.4. if the lump of the vehicle exceeds 50 tons;

48.1-1.2. protection and car of maintenance:

48.1-1.2.1. if width of the vehicle exceeds meter 3,5;

48.1-1.2.2. if length of the vehicle exceeds 30 meters;
