About approval of the Procedure for tax exemption and provision of other tax benefits, value added tax return to the diplomatic, consular and equated to them representations, and also the members of their personnel accredited in the Republic of Tajikistan

According to articles 2 and 193 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Tajikistan the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for tax exemption and provision of other tax benefits, value added tax return to the diplomatic, consular and equated to them representations, and also to the members of their personnel accredited in the Republic of Tajikistan it (is applied).

To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Tax Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to take adequate measures on timely compensation to the diplomatic and equated to them representations and the international organizations accredited in the Republic of Tajikistan, the paid value added tax.
